Daventry RFC is based in the ever growing town of Daventry situated in Northamptonshire. The club currently runs three senior sides and a colts. The 1st team have enjoyed a miserable season after being relegated to Midlands 4 East South but with the return of some influential faces and a new coaching structure the club is aiming to bounce straight back up in the 08/09 season. The 2nd and 3rd teams currently play in the Wells Bombardier Merit Leagues. The Colts play in Conference C of the Colts Leagues and enjoyed a solid season finishing third behind Old Scouts and Bedford Athletic which is no disgrace as well as regularly supplying the 1st team with 3 or 4 players.
